Where do I start? I was born on a hobby farm in 1976. I had amazing parents and a great childhood. I was a Disney and Star Wars loving kid and by a young age I discovered that I also loved sports.
At first, I had a few tough athletic experiences; 50 knuckle push-ups and my husky self did not mix too well. Then I found football. The rest as they say is history. Instead of feeling out of place, I was immediately accepted for my size. I fell in love with the game and it has had a huge impact on my life. My passion for the sport led to many awards and a successful college career. I studied Human Kinetics and Sociology on paper, but truly majored in Football.
Like many, my dream was to play professional football and it was a hard day when I found out that it would not become a reality. I had to rearrange my focus and it wasn’t long before I found another, somewhat related passion. I become a personal trainer. That was almost 15 years ago and since then my team and I have helped thousands of people, of all shapes and sizes and varying fitness levels, to find their best. Over the years there has been many successes and through the journey we have created a system and process that changes lives. Unlike the awards I received in athletics that will fade in time, the privilege of being apart of people changing their lives for the better and the impact it has on their loved ones will last a lifetime
Along with the blessings of my career, I have a family in which I most proud of. My beautiful wife Cassandra and I have been married for almost 15 years and we have four amazing children.
